Job titles in AI say very little. We exist to match the person to the work.
Artificial Intelligence Recruitment Agency connects AI, data science and machine learning professionals with companies across the United States, on permanent, contract and remote terms.
The moment most hiring managers reach
Picture a company that has decided to build something with AI. There is a budget and a deadline, and a job description copied from somewhere else. Then the applications arrive. A “machine learning engineer” might mean a researcher, a data analyst or a software developer who has taken one course.
That is often the moment a company starts looking for help. Teams know what they want to build. What they lack is a quick, reliable way to tell the roles apart and to reach the people who can do the work.
“A good AI hire starts with a clear picture of the work, not with a job title.”
Why we focus on AI
AI roles overlap and change quickly. A data scientist, a machine learning engineer and an NLP engineer each do different work, and hiring the wrong one costs months. A recruiter who treats all three the same will send you CVs that look right and are not.
We focus on this one field so that a conversation about your project can start from the real problem, in plain language, and not from a keyword list.
- First, we talk it throughA discovery conversation about your goals, your team and the technical skills the work needs.
- Then, we sourceWe look for people in specialized AI communities, at conferences and in online networks, including people who are not actively job hunting.
- Next, we assessTechnical testing and a look at cultural fit, before you spend time on interviews.
- Then, we stay alongsideOne-to-one support for you and the candidate until the hire starts. You pay our fee only when they do.
AI teams built around people who fit the work.
We picture a hiring market where a company with a clear AI project can find the right specialist without guessing, and where a skilled specialist is matched to work worth doing.
Our mission is to make that practical: a clear brief for every role, honest assessment of each candidate, and support for both sides until the hire begins.
What we believe
Start with the work
A clear description of what the person will build matters more than the title on the job advert.
Technology and people
We use AI-assisted tools to find and compare candidates, and people make the judgment calls.
Fit matters as much as skill
A brilliant specialist who does not fit the team or the work will not stay. We look at both.
Fair to everyone
Candidates never pay us a fee, and employers pay only when a hire starts.
Sound familiar?
Companies that look for AI recruiters often face one of these moments. Here is how we help with each.
“We need a machine learning engineer, but every CV looks the same.”
What is usually going on. The job description lists every tool the company has heard of. Strong candidates cannot tell what the job really is, and weak ones apply to all of it.
What we do. A discovery conversation to turn the need into a clear role, then technical testing and a cultural fit check so that you meet only people who can do the work.
What changes. You see a short list of candidates who match the real project, and you spend your time on conversations that count.
“We need extra AI capacity for one project, not a new permanent role.”
What is usually going on. The work has a deadline and a clear end. Hiring permanently would take too long, and a long search for a short job makes little sense.
What we do. Contract and project-based specialists, including remote ones, agreed in a written quote that sets out the scope and the fee.
What changes. You add skilled people for the length of the project and scale back when the work is done.
“We hired a strong data scientist, and it did not work out.”
What is usually going on. The CV was right, but the role, the team or the expectations were not what the candidate was told.
What we do. We go back to the brief to find what was missed. If a hire we placed does not work out within 60 days of starting, we find a replacement at no extra fee.
What changes. The second search starts from what you learned, and you are not paying twice for the same role.
